Who We Are

We are GastroSisters — a duo of friends working at the intersection of culinary heritage research, experiential food formats, and culinary diplomacy.

We create intellectual–gastronomic gatherings and workshops where every dish tells a story and opens new contexts. We work with traditions: baking Galician sweets, making sauces and preserves — with Galician rose conserve holding a special place in our practice. We also carefully curate vintage and antique tableware — pieces that bring authenticity, history, and character to the experience.

For us, food is a language — a way to tell stories, foster dialogue between people and cultures, and bring forgotten meanings and contexts back to life.
