The Ukrainian Gastronomic Sisterhood is the institutional form of this collaboration, enabling us to scale the practices we develop as a team and to shape a professional, ethical approach to gastronomy as a cultural discipline.
The Ukrainian Gastronomic Sisterhood operates at the intersection of cultural research, gastronomic heritage, education, and communication. Our mission is to foster a comprehensive understanding of food as a cultural phenomenon, to activate dialogue between communities, to support women professionals in gastronomy, and to create spaces where food culture becomes a tool for meaning-making, mutual understanding, and cultural diplomacy.
Within this NGO framework, we build strategic partnerships, initiate large-scale projects, and develop educational programs, research initiatives, and cultural events both in Ukraine and internationally. Our organization serves as a platform for collective action, research, and responsible impact within the gastronomic field.
