We are GastroSisters, a duo of friends working at the intersection of culinary heritage research, experiential food events, and culinary diplomacy.
This is where we excel
Heritage,
diplomacy,
and tradition.
And aesthetics —
because
how could we
go without it
today?
We work with taste, tradition, and aesthetics to bring together culture, experience, and people.
We explore traditional recipes to revive forgotten dishes and the cultural context behind them.
We create and join events where food becomes a starting point for conversations about identity, experience, and mutual understanding.
We make small seasonal batches of traditional sweets and preserves, bringing local flavors back to life.
We curate European vintage and antique tableware that shapes the aesthetics of the table and enriches the gastronomic experience.
More about us
We’re queens at what we do
Different stories, different experiences, different approaches — one shared mission.
We create intellectual–gastronomic gatherings and workshops where every dish tells a story and opens new contexts. We work with traditions — baking Galician sweets, making sauces and preserves, with a special place reserved for our signature Galician rose conserve. We also carefully curate vintage and antique tableware — pieces that add authenticity, history, and character to the experience.
For us, food is a language: a way to tell stories, build dialogue between people and cultures, and bring forgotten meanings and contexts back to life.
